Q: Does the queen of holo( simply nail logical ) approve??

I got this link from her best holo topcoats video!

Q: Does this dry in 45 seconds like the one I have now?

Yes it does takes about 45sec to be dry to touch and all Polish takes a bout 24-48 hr to cure or harden completely.

Q: Was delivered broken, the brush applicator wasn't with the bottle and I'm not able to return it even if damaged? How do I get my money back?

I’m sure you will be refunded. Just do a regular return item request

Q: Does this remove easily? Is it smooth to the touch?

It is a very fine glitter so it is smooth to the touch and is simple to remove although it is easier to remove if you let it soak for a 30-60 seconds first.
