ABSOLUTELY NOT what the description states. This witch did not include a stand and is a mask with hands and a cape. the mouth does not move, and there’s no “body” to it or lights. Could’ve bought the same thing for $25 in Target. Also, the invoice states it’s a total of 33.71 and from a Walmart vendor. Completely disappointed.
