Toothpaste bi-fluore 250 Double pack

It came as expected. Very satisfied!

I have sensitive teeth and I have always used toothpastes like Sensodyne or Elmex.Then, last year, I had the unfortunate idea of using "Fluocaril Bi-Fluoré" toothpaste. Well, after using it for a couple of times only, I had the very unpleasant surprise to find my teeth had become very sensitive and slightly more transparent near the edge (maybe because I had used it together with a strong mouth wash like Listerine).Now my teeth have become so sensitive that I cannot stand hot or cold drinks, or eat certain foods any longer (peaches, let alone lemon or vinegar), and I have to use a toothpaste for very sensitive teeth (Emoform).Even one and a half year on, the problem is still there, and has worsened if possible.I have reported this to the producer, who couldn't really give me an explanation for what happened.I don't know what kind of damage this toothpaste caused to me, but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, plus, I am very disappointed because it should have at least a warning on the box that it's not recommended for people who have sensitive teeth and not to use it together with strong mouth washes.Definitely, a no-no. If only I had known before...DON'T BUY IT, unless your dentist advises you to do so.

This toothpaste removes plaque from my teeth better than other toothpastes. It is a low foam toothpaste which helps with effective brushing. I hope Amazon will consider offering this toothpaste to its consumers.

This product works very well for me, and I've sometimes gotten mild toothaches using products like Colgate or Crest. With Fluocaril I have none of those problems. But the price here--$ 36 for a two pack of 250 gr tubes--seems like it could be excessive. I discovered Floucaril in France, where the product is made, and where the price of the same two pack of 250 gr tubes in late 2009 was 8 euros or about... $ 12. If we allow for all the costs relating to bringing the product into the US and a reasonable profit for all the companies involved, does that triple the price ? So unless someone can explain why the $ 36 price is reasonable, I'll give five stars for the product and zero stars for the price listed here.

I have been using Fluocaril since 1972. In my earlier years, I neglected my teeth and ended up paying with multiple fillings and restorations of other sorts. Once I began using Fluocaril, my semi annual checkups comprise cleaning, scaling, and the very oddly occurring need to replace a deteriorated filling.I believe the one star rating given this product by another reviewer to be overly misleading as to Fluocaril's overall efficacy in general use.
