Good Custome Service
The first unit for me was defective. After some time, their customer service reached out and i was surprised. Then they send me another one. The second one is now fully functional. No more abnormal display and netflix is working. It is now directly plugged in to my tv with no bugs. I also configured it as auto on. The unit response is good, not lag can be seen. Works well with windows. Changing my comment now because of their good customer service! Thanks a lot.

Works fine...so far
I've only had it for a short time, so I can't address the comments about overheating. I plugged it in and it worked, Win 11 popped right up. After all of the standard Windows updates you have to do every time you get a new computer, it seems fine. Fan noise is not an issue for me as I am using this in my home theater and it is in the back-of-the-room equipment closet. So far, I have not had an overheating issue. I think what stops me from a 5 star is that out of the box, I COULD NOT get audio out of the HDMI connection AND the speakers at the same time. Why would I want to do that? Because I want the best quality picture to the projector (100+ inches) and the best audio (as best as I can get) to the amplifier. I use a matrix switch and thought I should be able to do it easily, but every time I route the hdmi to both the projector and the receiver, it picks the receiver as its monitor, which it thinks is standard definition. The only way I could get audio out at the same time as the hdmi, was to buy a USB add-on sound card. The one I bought uses an optical audio connection, so that's probably as good audio as I can get. Again, I believe that this could be fixed with better onboard audio, so 4 stars. So far. \WIN 11 RANT\ As a side note, I would NOT suggest upgrading to Win 11 unless you ABSOULTELY have to, but that's not a problem with the hardware. Apparently, in Win 10 you CAN get hdmi and speakers at the same time. From my searches in trying to do it, it seems like this is a well known issue with Win 11, that MS is aware, but so far, does not appear to be trying to fix it. And Win 11 does not have any way to adjust the text size of actual window elements, like the menu bar, the text within the lower right popups for audio, wireless, etc., or the any of the list boxes from the setting menus. You CAN adjust text size within the window, though. I would say that if you are as consultant or teacher, expecting to be able to to just pop this in and be able to read anything from the back of the room, you would be sorry. \END RANT\
