Nicely Made!
I bought this bag for an upcoming trip to Europe. The Amazon note that this item is "often returned because of unexpected size" is surprising to me. Yes, it looks small when it arrives, but I was able to fit 2 pants, 2 shorts, 3 T-shirts, 2 polos, 8 underwear and 8 socks in the bag and there was still room in the front compartment. I'm heading to a destination in Italy that has lots of steps so I wanted the shoulder straps. Also, the zippers work fine. Very smooth.

Now unimpressed after being impressed zipper broke after 4 days
Updated review- zipper that seemed so heavy duty broke in four days. I’m so dissapointed!!!! Okay this was beyond expectations. This is a rugged well built book carrying machine for students. Incredibly light and fits an amazing quantity of huge books, laptop, supplies, lunch, water bottle, massive school binder. I bought two others over the years and they all ripped - this on is solid! Buy it. Seriously I looked and researched and the price was amazing. It also has a lock

Good quality with one flaw
Wanted something to put my 17" laptop in when traveling that would roll and hold other supplies. Probably didn't need the backpack option, but it works fine. My only complaint is that the back section where the laptop goes doesn't open all the way. The zippers don't open it far enough and you have to hold it open to put things in there. But it has held up well for about 4 trips now.

Good quality bag
The quality of the bag is very good. It is perfect for school as well as for travelling. The bag itself is a little bit heavier than I hoped but it still works for what I need.

Rolling backpack, ingenious idea!
Purchased this for my middle schooler since he carries heavy books daily. He can use it as a backpack, or roll it to class. Great quality, lots of pockets for storage, and promotes better posture.

Perfect size for the airline.
Nice size backpack with sturdy handle and smooth Wheels. Has a capability of using a power bank inside and charging your phone on the outside which is nice. Has a clear plastic zippered large pouch that velcros to one of the compartments inside and so far excited to use on my trip to Hawaii.

Excellent Product
I have loved this. Plenty of room. Plenty of pockets to put stuff in. My only complaint is the wheels don't seem to hold up as well as advertised when using this on concrete sidewalks.
