A Book That Will Change Your Life Forever!
This book is not religious, but especially if you come from any kind of Christian background but still have questions about life and love, or even if you want nothing to do with the religion you were born into, this book is excellent because it uses language you may be familiar with in a way you have likely never heard of before, and with it, peace in your heart and soul will be born. This book doesn't need my review since it has already sold over 1 million copies and been promoted by Oprah, but just in case anyone is considering and wants the dream life I now enjoy because of all I've learned, just do it! ;)

Dumb book…don’t buy
Meh…it’s an ok-read at best. I wouldn’t recommend it. I wish I wouldn’t have purchased it & should have gotten it from the library instead. Not helpful.

A Classic book that always nice to have on hand.
For some reason Amazon gifts me these button review choices about plot and character and THIS IS NOT FICTION. This is a classic, and if you're curious about this book you likely know that it's a precursor to A Course in Miracles. Marian Williamson is one of the Lovely powerful people on the planet at this time. I read this book the year it came out, when I was in high school, and would still recommend it to anyone who knows that allusive Love and inscesent fear is not how we're meant to Live. It's a beautiful book.

Return to Love
Marianne Williamson tells of her life growing up a Jewish girl in Houston, Texas. She was miserable and kept trying to find out who she was and how she fit into the world. After many trials and tribulations and heart break, Marianne found A Course In Miracles and her life changed into the wonderful confident woman she is today. I heard her lecture in August this year...2016 in Irvine California at A Course In Miracles conference. Her lecture was worth the trip and better than the Conference itself.I also recommend her latest book, Tears to Triumph.

Impressive!
This is the first of her writing I've ever read and I was impressed. The writing is okay, the message is powerful. Had not heard of Ms Williamson prior to her run for president, which was the reason for purchasing this book. The book will make you ask and answer questions you have probably been voiding for a long time.

Changed my life
This book changed my life. I am on my second time around with it. There are so many powerful lessons to be learned here. The practice of self love is such a hard thing for so many of us, but when we peel away the layers, and learn to accept ourselves, then accepted others through love....just wow. Your life will literally feel lighter. Big things wont seem so big. What do you have to lose? Game changer......

This book is the beginning of a journey to the course in miracles and healing.
This is a wonderful book to help you through any disaster in your life. The book teaches you to look through Jesus' eyes and see everything in the world as either love or a call for love and therefore what other than love can your response be? Maryanne teaches you to go from victim to healer by forgiveness.

will bring you answers
I love to lead in prayers and advice. , and I love all her cd's. I am not able to go to a church currently, but desire someone to give advice to life's difficult passages, such as losing a loved one, or ending a relationship. She covers it all. She says magnificent prayers, and leads you to a place of peace and resolve. There is just so much crap out there that does not help. She has LIVED her story, and experienced much of life's pain and ups and downs. Mature, relaiable advice and speaking. All, with love. It has helped me let go of allot of anger and unforgiveness.

I feel like this was sold to me as a book about ...
To be honest, I feel like this was sold to me as a book about mindfulness and opening up to the idea of love being part of every day life. I'm about 4 chapters in and won't be going any further.. really, it's a book about opening up to the idea of God. To begin with, I tried to envision the word 'God' as my own perception of that word, be it Mother Nature, Buddha, or some other higher being. This is made virtually impossible by the references to Jesus Christ and the Bible. I tried, I really did, but I think the description of this book is very much misleading.

For certain people
Unfortunately, nowhere at the back of the book it says that the content is only appropriate for people cherishing gods. This book won't guide me or help me with anything.

Great book
In love with this book. I've tried to read A Course In Miracles several times and found it hard going. This book explains everything so well and it's beautifully written.

Everybody needs to read this.
This caused me to examine my entire view on relationships - to myself, to family, friends, partners, my religious beliefs. Everyone needs to read this at some point in their life.

Very Good
Very good book.I almost put it aside because i didn't like the first part of the book, where it seems the author is talking not from experience but from theory. After that the book becomes much better with the author giving examples of it's own life, and we feel that she talks from her experiences. All in all it's a very good book.
