one MM is .0393 inch. 6 mm would be roughly .240 inch (S)....8 mm would be roughly .320 inch (M) and 10 mm would be roughly .400 inch r (L) So, you could say 6mm= 1/4"....8mm= 5/16 " and 10mm= 7/16". All three are approximate but fairly accurate.
