The picture quality is fine, however some apps such as netflix are not working. Some of the menu is in Chinese and this subtracts half the functionality of the device. There seems to be a kid's section in the menu that once selected is impossible to get out of (unless you speak Chinese and know what the options are of course). The only way to get out of that is to reset the device and start from scratch. I bought this for a friend and wasn't aware that it was in Chinese. Returning is impossible also because the shipping is too expensive and is not paid by the seller.

I received the projector without a manual. It has many icons, all of which are useless unless you know how to set them up. Let me know where I can download the manual for this projector. I did receive an email from one of the Amazon supervisors, apologizing for this horrible mistake.At first, I had some minor issues and contacted Frank Chiu in China. We communicated through the 'Whats App". Frank proved to be very knowledgeable and worked with me until the problem was resolved. This is an excellent company to do business with. Ultimately, Frank found that my problem was a firmware problem and instead of having me download the new firmware, he sent a new projector. Since we were approaching the Thanksgiving Holidays, Frank suggested that I keep the old one until I received the new one. This is truly a company that wants to keep there customers happy and stand by there product. I want to thank Frank for all his help and also to let you know that we are enjoying the projector. The picture quality is clear, and the sound is great. I can't say it enough, what a great experience this has been, dealing with honorable individuals, who stand behind there product.,

I ordered brand new XGMI H2 Aurora and Kaya projectors sent me product which was returned by somebody else. Looks like the folks forgot to remove the previously returned label which was still present in the box. I'm really disappointed by such a service for such an expensive product. Guys be cautious while dealing with this seller. I feel cheated. They should not have mentioned this as new product.Product Pros:1. Brightness is really great. Even with lights on, it's pretty decent.2. Image quality is also very good.Cons:1. Auto keystone correction is useless, doesn't work at all. Manual option does let you adjust decently but not perfect.2. Autofocus sometimes does not work gives a blurred image. When it works, the focus does not lock on the crispiest setting but leaves the image slightly blurred. There is no manual option to adjust the focus.3. Since this is a Chinese version, the piece I received did not have all the menu options translated in English.4. 3D projection - I had to switch few times between the no 3D and blulight 3D to have the image projected clearly. I had to do this with pretty much all the 3D discs that I played.5. I observed considerable lag between audio and video (~1-3 sec) when connected with bluetooth speaker or playing youtube via laptop.

Seller is pretty much a cheat, don't buy, apps stop working after a while, seller later suggests that purchase a fire stick along with it, the whole point to have a smart projector is to be able to run the apps smoothly in 4k with 5.0 ghz internet, specially when things like fire stick and roku don't support 5.0 ghz of and things don't run smoothly.
