Love this icemaker. It makes the slushy kind of ice not great big cubes not small cubes. This makes that slushy kind of ice. Easy to chew on. I also like the fact that it’s not like a normal countertop ice machine where you have to constantly empty the ice out, this one is like a refrigerator ice machine you set your cup underneath it you push the button and the ice comes out in your cup. It does not take up very much space on the counter about the size of maybe a coffee machine. It makes ice very fast. I would not say it’s very loud, the only real noise is when the auger comes on that moves the ice up to the spout that drops it in your cup. It’s got a really good size water tank to continue making ice as you use the ice. It also has a function where the auger rotates a couple of times so that way it doesn’t freeze as a clump. It has been a very reliable machine through several parties.

I’ve had about 8 other ice makers and this one has been my favorite so far! The hopper fills up super quick so even when we’re using a lot of ice it keeps making more to keep up with us. This is my first machine with the dispenser, which is the reason I got it. I love that everyone’s hands aren’t in the machine getting ice out. It’s a perfect size for the counter as well. It’s also one of the quietest ice machines over ever had. I couldn’t keep any of the other ones on my counter because I have an open floor plan and they were too loud.

I am very happy with this purchase. Our in refrigerator ice machine wasn't keeping up with our demand for ice. We would have liked a little bigger cube size but it is very handy to have especially when entertaining. The only downside is it's a bit noisy so we keep it on our patio.

It was a gift to my sister and it doesn’t work after only 4 month. Furthermore, Notes from my sister to add: When I went to use auto cleaning mode, I read the instructions cover to cover. It tells you to press certain buttons in standby mode - except it doesn't say what standby mode is or how to get there. That was my 1st email. Their advice was not applicable so the 2nd email. Ultimately, following their instructions, it still didn't work. Now they want the amazon order, an explanation & VIDEO of what I'm doing to go into cleaning mode, etc. They didn't resolve the issue. Now they want practically an afidavit of purchase & use. That irritates me. I understand them wanting proof of purchase, every manufacturer wants that, but this 'essay' & video is a bit much. This is not some nefarious plot to keep a $70 ice machine for free. I mean… Come On! Replace the damn machine for this woman! Be humane and do the right thing!

First the good. Amazing ice! Soft and fluffy, especially if you use distilled water! The bad. It leaks! Had to buy a drainage tray. It’s loud! I have to turn it off at night or it wakes us up. To accommodate these two issues I’ve learned how much we’ll use in a day and fill the tank with just enough water each morning to get through the day. Definitely a little cumbersome. But all being said the ice is perfect which is my primary concern, so only knocking off one star for the inconveniences.

This is the damned cutestinest thing ever. Makes ice really quickly. Ice cubes are super cute conical shape and cool down water very well based on the design of the ice cube shape. Took less than 30 minutes to get up and running. They’re perfect for office and home use. Chewability? Perfect. No hurting your teeth. I prefer the large ice size. After I was in the hospital for sepsis, all I wanted was ice water and regular ice. This was here after I got home from my stay and this saved my life because so tasty and cold. My ice maker and I have bonded now, because the way the robot scoops out the ice at the end is the icing in the cake. It’s really endearing. 100/10 would recommend. Idk about durability, I just got it today. Her name is Darlene, like from Roseanne, because she’s cold as ice 😂

Very nice countertop icemaker. Makes small, chewable ice pellets. Easy to set up and use. The only downside is that it is fairly loud and runs frequently which is distracting if you have a small space.
