Electrolyte Powder, 100 g

Doesn't dissolve, brilliant stuff, I personally think that the packaging could be smaller as there is a small amount of power that has so far seemed to have lasted for quite a few months, there is a tiny scoop inside the packaging to measure the exact dose this is the best thing I've found so far.

Ended up using loads of this stuff this summer due to the heat, for recovery after a run as I can't have lucazade and other sports drinks like that. Also took it with me when doing sports outside- perfect to just chuck some in a water bottle on the go. I hide the salty taste with a weak bit of squash. Does need a good stir and if left for a while, it sinks to the bottom of the glass, so requires mixing- not a problem in a bottle. Much better in an ice cold drink!

Good product. My only concern is about pouch size. What a waste of plastic. You can easily put 0,5kg to this bag

Omg I haven’t used the products enough to notice the benefits But what I did notice is that there is hardly anything in that big packaging It’s a waste of packaging as the product doesn’t even reach half way of the package

I really enjoy the flavour when added to juice or water. Reminiscent of the tang of coconut water.

I use this before, during and after distance runs. Great hydration. Mix a scoop in 1 litre of sugar free squash.

Good product, smooth deliveries. Will buy this product and from supplier gladly again.

Waking up with puffy face and hands since taking this. I think that this is because of the sodium content. Having done some research, it appears that this is not a good balance of electrolytes and sodium and can cause the side effects that I experienced.
