LMNT is my favorite electolyte drink powder. I have tried about 4 or 5 others. There's just something about the amount of salt and minerals in this that other brands just don't have. I think I drink plenty of water in a day, but I heard that if you aren't getting the minerals/salt it doesn't actually absorb. I have been having muscle cramps and twitching in my calves. I was wondering if it's dehydration. I've been drinking one of these daily and haven't had them since.
