Does not come with fan but it’s not needed. Customer called me directly to verify fitment, out of the box it was limited to 6000RPM but was very easy to connect to the laptop with an existing printer cable I had and adjust the settings to max my RPM out (not recommended)Love that I can make changes when I feel…GREAT Product!!
