I was totally blown away with this product. This was the real deal I'd been searching for the item for 45 years when I visited a cheese factory when I was with my uncle and parents I was age 12. Every "curd" I purchased.at stores since, while a good substitute, never came close to this. But finally I now know where to purchase the real macoy squeak and all! The first thing I did after I ate the first one was get on the phone to family in Oklahoma who go to Wisconsin every 2 years and purchase the ones they sellover the counter and fill there colman chest to take home. I really don't do many post online;(probably 5 post in 15 years); but this product was absolutely so exceptional I had to make post number six. I'll close by saying to the owners I hope they can keep up with me because I've finished 2 of the 3 bags in less than 5 days and they can count on more orders for five pounds coming very, very soon.👍😁

Even if they’re not fresh enough to squeak when you bite them they’re still well worth buying!!!
They are hard to find in North Carolina where I live now. But these curds are great as I grew up in southeast Wisconsin

A DISAPPOINTMENT
I purchased the 2 pks of yellow and one of white. First, I have never had a cheese curd that I didn't love....UNTIL NOW.The yellow curds are too soft, too salty, and DO NOT SQUEAK when eating them. The white is more solid, still has no squeak and not as salty. The yellow you can buy anywhere in the form of regular cheese, and not pay the price for these and the $19.00 shipping fee. These are just not cheese curds, except in shape. Would Not GET THEM AGAIN FROM THIS manufacturer....I will not even give them to my family passing them off as cheese curds...that is how bad they are.

Hard to find cheese curds this good outside of Wisconsin. Really worth it if you miss the fresh real thing.
