I wear a size 12WW women shoes and have been on a looonnngg hunt for stylish, rain boots that fit comfortably. These arrive 2 days ago and I put them on and they fit perfectly! I'm looking forward to wearing them on a rainy day to work. They don't look bulky or out of style for men's rain boots. I'm thinking of getting a second pair for back up (just in case).

These boots fit as expected and so far have held up even with me walking through wooded areas and on top a lot of broken tree limbs. However I have one issue - the material is too stiff and when I wore them with shorts on, the top inside of the boot rubbed against my calf, causing a rash mark around my leg that took almost two months to heal and go away. So, sadly, you always have to wear these with something between the boot and your leg.

I purchased and I've been wearing this rain boot. Generally, very nice boot, light to wear. I read the reviews and I bought 1.5 size up from my shoe size, as per the reviews recommendation. That proved a little too loose. I returned the larger pair and I purchased another pair, of the same brand, only a 1 size up from my shoe size. This was lessloose but still a bit loose. Still, I have kept and I've been wearing this other slightly smaller pair. If I were to buy thispair of boots all over, I'd choose only 1/2 size up from my shoe size. But, this fit aspect is hard to judge as the shapesof people's feet are different and, honestly, it's hard to buy a pair of shoes or boots online without the ability to try them physically first. So, I don't blame the shoe manufacturer at all that I ended up with a slightly looser rain boot than I'd like and I still recommend this rain boot.

These boots are a pleasant surprise. I was looking for something inexpensive to wear outside, especially during rainy periods. I have wide feet to the point where I have difficulty finding shoes that accommodate. These boots are water resistant for sure. They are true to size (see sizing chart). They slip on with relative ease due to the larger shin fit. Finally, they are flexible enough and wide enough that my wide feet are right at home inside. You can't beat the price. I highly recommend.

I was tired of getting my sneakers dirty, so I ordered these. They are nice boots for doing garden and other yard work from spring through fall. They are waterproof but would probably not be insulated enough for snow and the cold. One annoying thing is that they lack a strap or laces to tighten them at the calf. This can let junk get inside when doing heavy duty work like turning the compost heap.

Facing snow, rain, & slush in western Mass, I chose the boots to help keep me standing--with age I can't trust my sense of balance. The boots lack pull up straps & I have to tug on the slippery rubber. Worth the inconvenience. As to balance, from Amazon cleats & boot pulls solved the problem. Now I just grab my cane & head out.

I have large muscular calves, wide feet and a high instep, which makes it impossible to find women's rain boots that fit, so I took a chance with these and I am very pleased. For rain boots, they are pretty comfortable and I can easily slide my foot in and out. I wear a women's 9.5 wide and ordered these in 8.5 and they fit great, even a bit roomy. As for the smell, I mean they're rain boots, most have a smell but I didn't find these overly smelly at all.

Fairly good boot, for the price. But the PVC has a very strong smell to it. I thought eventually it would go away. It is now five months down the line, from the time I bought them, and they still smell bad. I would not want to use these indoors for very long. The smell is so bad, it's probably toxic in some way.
