Take at nights
I like the size and shape. Makes it easy to swallow. The taste is also pleasant. The instructions says take after breakfast but it works better when taken at nights.

This multi vitamin is made originally by SANOFI UK however, licensed to a Turkish manufacturer. This licensed production is not as good as the original British product, not in smell not on standing by stomach. Always look for the original product when ordering if you'd like to keep good value for your money.
