Perfect for Sleep or Sensory Issues
I dont normally write reviews, but I felt this product deserved one. TLDR; These earplugs are fantastic for sleeping and sensory issues, and good for occasional loud sound exposure. Wouldnt recommend for every day ear protection with regular noise exposure as they are not designed for that. Pros: subtle, comfortable, easy to carry/pack, quality material, adjustable sizes, works for small ears good noise blocking for sleeping Cons: pricey, not suitable for heavy manufacturing or construction Ive used ear plugs at night on and off for the last 15 years due to a high sensitivity to sound and waking up extremely easily. With a snoring partner, a matching snoring dog, and a nocturnal child you can see the issue. I also toss and turn quite a bit. I have always found that other ear plugs make my inner ear hurt and swell after long use, and that the part that sticks out to remove them gets caught on pillows, yanking them out or just making a (relatively) loud sound in your ear waking up up. Prior to these, the best I had found was a gel based ear plug, which lessoned these problems but never fully got rid of them. That is simply not the case with these. They sit comfortably in your ear, with the removal flap sitting inside the ear. They are a very light and flexible silicone material that doesn't agitate my ear the same way other ear plugs do. I've worn these every night for several months with no irritation. I work in an industrial setting, with occasional (a few times a day) exposure to loud sounds requiring ear protection. For that level of exposure, they work fine. They do not block enough of the noise to be safe if you work around heavy machinery daily, but if you're just passing by these do a good enough job. My nephew has autism and has sensory issues with sounds in crowded public places. He also hates things in his ear. One day he was particularly overwhelmed and i gave him these. He immediately calmed down, and didn't mind these at all. If youre looking for small earplugs instead of bulky earmuffs, these might do the trick.

Great to sleep in, Case falls short of expectations
Want to start off by saying this is the 4th pair of Loops I have tried. I currently own the dreams, quiet 2's and the Experience's. I tried the Engages and did not like them at all so I returned them. I have been using the Quiet 2's for sleeping and while I do love them they tend to come out of my ears easily at night which results in my having to find them in the bed. Not a huge deal but mildly annoying. I broke down and bought the dreams since I am a side sleeper and while the Quiets are pretty comfy they do bother me from time to time. After sleeping with the dreams in I find them to be MUCH better at sound reduction and comfortability. The price is steep in my opinion however I was willing to spend it due to loving my other loops. NOW, my BIGGEST complaint with the dreams is the case!! Why does it not have a loop hook on it?? People like myself who travel and go places like to have all the loops on a clip that also contains a tracker in case I misplace them. So I did find a solution to this which was buying a case with a loop off Amazon for 3$. Not a huge deal but is annoying when you already pay 50$ for a pair of ear plugs to have to spend additional money on a different case. The case is the only reason I give them 4 stars.

Soft and good quality, worth the price
I know it’s pricey but it’s worth it for me. My roommates are really loud and I tried cheap earplugs before and it’s not as good as this one. It won’t filter out the sounds right next to you, like if I turn on TV next to me, I can still hear it well. But it canceled all the noise outside my room. It’s soft and good quality

Really 4.75 stars, but worth every penny if you're a light side sleeper!
Really 4.75 stars, but worth every penny if you're a light side sleeper. MUCH more comfortable than foam ear plugs and trying to lay on your side and sleep. I have used these for a month or more and they're fantastic. Sleep metrics from my wearable seem higher as a result. It took me a night or two to figure out which size was really the best fit, and they've been easy to put in my ears. The fit is comfortable, but there is an occasional night where they are momentarily uncomfortable - however this is well worth the tradeoff. They're very effective - but you can still get woken up if there's a situation - my dog barked loudly in the middle of the night and woke me up, but I'm not woken up by environmental noises like thunder/heavy rain/mechanical sounds/etc. I'm fairly certain a fire alarm would wake you up with these in your ear. I plan on traveling with these going forward - they'd likely do a great job of blocking sound on an airplane. The travel case would help them stay clean, but it doesn't "secure" them in there like other loop cases. I am curious as to what replacement foam tips would look like as I suspect they would eventually wear out - but so far so good. I'd take off .25 stars for the carrying case not holding them within the case, and for that occasional discomfort (still nothing compared to foam earplugs!)

Good comfort, but does not block out enough sound
I have been searching for earplugs for sleeping and tried these $50 loops. Because they are made for sleeping I assumed they would block out most noise like snoring and outside noise. I realize comfort is important, but I would say noise reduction should also be important. Comfort is very good on these, they nailed it. But with the noise level it fails. Having anything over your ears will block some noise, so yes there is a “reduction” of noise but is it noticeable when trying to fall asleep? Not when you can hear everything from the clock ticking, cars driving by, and of course snoring. I thought at this price point I would be near the top of the list of high performing ear plugs, and if my expectations of noise reduction is to high, I will find an alternative to ear plugs. My learning experience has begun, starting with these loops. I’m returning these and will be trying one of their competitors brands, ( by the way they are half the price) to find out if my expectations are to high. So the term “sleeping ear plugs” is highly subjective as far as noise level is concerned. Side note: I spent a substantial amount of time trying all of the different plug sizes searching not only for the best fit but to stop the noise, and all sizes failed. I do own a pair of “Quiet 2” loops and these do the job for daytime noise reduction very well. But to advertise a “sleeping ear plug alternative? and these are the best ear plugs loops can do? Then I will shop elsewhere, and especially for better value for my dollar.

You need this!
THIS. WHERE HAS THIS BEEN IN MY LIFE? When you just try to put them in, they don't really stay, but if you follow the instructions and kind of stretch your ears, they're so perfect. They're extremely comfortable, super easy to carry around in their case, and I love the size options as well as two different tip types. They're so amazing.

Overpriced and ineffective
Noise reduction is sub par at best. I have 5$ knock offs that block sound better than these do. The ear tips were uncomfortable and despite having multiple sizes/styles of tips I none of them fit well. There is no way these are worth nearly 50$.

Sleeping Better!
For a side sleeper with a snoring partner, these have been a lifesaver. I've tried a number of other options, and they have all disappointed me. The fact that these stay in my ears all night with no issues makes it so easy to use. The snoring sound barely bothers me, along with the fan that my partner has running during the night. My only issue is the carrying case; it's so tiny, and I fear I'm going to lose them at any time. Overall, I really enjoy them, and they have made sleeping a lot more peaceful.

Polecam.

Fine earplugs just not worth the price in my opinion
They work well enough but I've been using basic foam earplugs for years and to be honest I don't really notice much difference in a cheap pair of foam earplugs vs these loop dreams. I'll use them until as long as they last but don't think I'd bother replacing them or the tips simply because of the price

Finally get some sleep, and my ear canals don't hurt by the morning
When I received these I was a bit disappointed because they look a bit cheap and nasty. The little stem that joins the inner ear part to the outer ear part is tiny and fragile looking. However they work absolutely fantastic! As an insomniac that wakes at the slightest sound these have helped me get some sleep. I have struggled to find earplugs that I can sleep in that actually block all sound and don't hurt my ear canals. If you insert these correctly (combining a twist with pressure) you literally cannot hear a thing with these in. It really is sheer relief from all noise. I literally cannot hear anything when they're in, not even a balloon being popped right next to me. Further, they are the ONLY earplugs I have found on the market that don't cause my ear canals to hurt by the morning. I've tried so many brands and types and these are the only ones that work.
