Does this mouse come with Shox?

Mine did. But maybe it was only with earlier models or while stocks of shox lasted. Mine hasn't been of much use though. He was helpful at first but these days he barely says a word to me unless he wants money, and he's rarely at home. Half the time I don't even know where he is. You're probably better off getting one without him tbh.

How long does the battery last on average?

Depends on lengh of game play. Mine only needs recharging once a week. But my son plays more often and recharges every 3 to 4 days.
