We have become devotees of Ultima as the "standard" for hydrating - now have the whole family drinking it as the "go to" refresher for a daily lift - drink several a day and never tire of it; not just a hydrator when working out, sports, activities to replenish - we view it as a necessary addition to other supplements and as a quality life style enhancement of things one hears as suggested for electrolyte replacement. Just add a packet to a 16oz. bottler of water - shake a few times and goodbye to expensive sports drinks. Really light - not a heavy sugared type of drink that leaves you feeling bloated. We have all the flavors at home to mix it up, but chose favorites, of course. Simply can't say enough good things about this product - on my recommendation, even my doctor now has a box in his desk! If you believe in hydrating as a health regimen, this is the product to buy! I drink one first thing in the morning - even before morning coffee - just a real boost for your system!

I live in Arizona and ride my Harley all year long.These are Life Savers when it is over 105 degrees here.With the heat and dry wind on the bike, dehydration is a Huge factor!My wife and I used to just drink plenty of water. Now we drink one when we stop to let the blood flow back into our butt's :-)... They work almost instantly!! We can actually feel the difference after. And by the way. It was recommended by her Dr. Who also uses this brand. I can't say enough about how they rehydrate and make the rides in the summer more bearable.Highly Recommend!!!

My new best electrolytes powder & drink. Easy to carry in my biking tshirt pocket and great taste. Of course it helps that there’s no sugar to avoid any additional calories.

This stuff is key for vacations and after a night out. I love this for scuba diving (dry air dehydrates) as well as making sure the morning after too much adult beverage fun (always end the night with a full bottle of this). Best electrolyte powder I’ve tried, low sugar, lots of good ingredients. Highly recommend!

I love this product, but docked a star because it's a bit too pricey on Amazon, at about $1 per packet. I usually buy it at Thrive Market for 25% less.I originally bought this last year because I was struggling with dehydration after starting a strict keto diet, and it works wonders. Now I drink it regularly. I don't care much for the other flavors, but lemon tastes like Country Time Lemonade.It's also really great for avoiding hangovers. I always drink one before going wine tasting!

Estos electrolitos me encantan. Tienen magnesio, potasio, calcio y zinc. Están endulzados con stevia y sabores naturales. El problema es que la presentación que recibo no es la que pedí. Yo quería la presentación de la foto, sobres con porciones individuales pues son muy prácticos para viajar. Recibí el tarro y no el producto de la imagen/ descripción. No son vendidos por Amazon y el vendedor no acepta devoluciones ni hace reembolsos. Te mandan lo que quieren.
