Fit is Excellent
These are the gold standard of night sights, in my opinion of course. Fit is tight, but not too tight. These went on a Steyr M9A2.

Great night sights for your Steyr
I got this and installed on my Steyr M9 Gen 1 (NOT A1). Works perfect!Its almost impossible to remove the original sights. You gotta do some reading first or get someone who knows about this. I definitely like better the original trapezoidal sight, but I really wanted the night sight. Im used to 3 dot sight, so this is not a big issue for me.I guess all M steyrs use the same sight. Im not sure if S or C models also have the same sight.Good luck and enjoy this product.

Great replacement sights
I bought my M40 used and the rear sight was broken; it slid several millimeters to the left every time the weapon was fired. My friend recommended this sight to me. I was a little unsure because I liked the OEM triangular sights, but I really love the 3 dot sight picture and, of course, the illumination feature is a must have for practical home defense.

Excellent functional quality
I purchased these sights as a replacement for the factory trapezoidal sights. I've grown up with and been formally trained with standard iron sights and the Steyr factory just weren't cutting it. Finally got my gun back from the gunsmith and I couldn't be happier! Typical rugged and solid trijicon quality.

Thank God Steyr made the MA1 and LA1 so alike, or else I'd be stuck with them awful trapezoid sights.Nothing wrong with the product, Trijicon is the highest of quality.
