Much better than my BT extenders!! Was easy to set up and install and the network is much more stable now. Was recommended by a friend and can't fault the mesh network!!

Product contains a US 2-pin power adapter which is incompatible with a UK power socket.

Purchased this to extend my three unit system, the first problem, even though purchased through Amazon UK it cam with an American plug. Next problem the unit refuses to update to the same firmware version as my other three units. I have emailed TP-Link and they have just ignored my comments and I have had no joy from Amazon either.

This is a US unit, supplied with a US plug. The unit worked for a while until a firmware update repeatedly crashed my entire network and rendered this unit unusable. IF YOU ARE IN THE UK, DO NOT BUY THIS!

Sorry frothe dealy, I've been in Hospital. I come to install this unit and the power adaptor the incorrect one for the UK, it looks more USA or China. I used an old power adaptor from my Zyxel Routr and that working, unit in place and working fine. Can you send out a UK adaptor. Thanks Note, the unit very good otherwise.

The actual mesh unit is excellent. I have three in my house and I wanted a fourth unit. I purchased this as a single unit, but it came with a US-style electrical plug, and I live in the UK. If one looks closely, then you can see the unit is shipped from the US. In the end, I purchased a US-UK plug adapter, and it worked fine - but I’d have preferred to buy a UK-based unit.

Excelente, cumple con su función al 100% no pierde nada de velocidad pero si tienes una casa de 2 pisos o más yo recomiendo que compren el paquete de 2 para que estés 100% seguro que no se va perder ni una sola raya de señal

Fantastic. I was looking for an AP router to utilize a direct LAN plug in since we have fiber. Just download the app and plug the device into a wall LAN or router directly. Easy to set up network and password protect. Ran a speed test, and was able to get 700 Mbps of wifi near the device. The last device I purchased barely got me 20 Mbps, so this is a huge upgrade. Worth the money.

Easy to setup. Of course its cabled to the Fiber ONT, and I placed a new SSID. So the devices all used the new SSID. The deadspots in the apartment dissatisfied, even with the doors closed now. The walls and doors in the back bedrooms were not getting WiFi at all. Streaming apps didn’t work. Now streaming works great, 4K, no buffering either.

Llegó muy rápido. Súper fácil de instalar, yo lo conecté directamente por cable para generar acceso Wifi en las zonas de la casa donde no llegaba. Mejoró muchísimo la señal y el alcance. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Además, su diseño es muy moderno y discreto a comparación de los aparatos más viejos.

I got the w4500. It wasnt quite as fast as my modem so i updated to an x55 as the initial hub in the network. Set upnwas sort of easy... but then the moment I plugged in a w4500, my Deco app stopped recognizing the network. It was frustrating but then i got to a live agent on support chat. Ivan from TP Link support walked me through adding the satellites and got my network up and running.
