Amazon’s price and FANTASTIC delivery / install / removal rocked. I searched everywhere for a fridge that would fit in the humble space in my little old mid-century house - in black to match the little old house’s other little old appliances. Everywhere I looked, they wanted me to wait weeks or even months for delivery. Holy smokes. My freezer had failed and I needed a replacement ASAP. Amazon came through. It was super simple to set up. And the guys did a beautiful job jockeying my old fridge out and the new one into place. No small feat. And - the best part - no extra cost for any of that lovely, friendly service.

This was my first ever large appliance purchase. It was the only one I could find in my price range that would fit without sticking out too far, and it fits perfectly. I purchased it in June of this year, and the delivery guys said it was the first Amazon appliance delivery on the west coast, so that was kinda cool. The delivery and install was great. The fridge is the perfect size for our small family, however, it would probably be a bit too small for a larger household. It makes great ice, although the ice maker is a little loud, but thats not really an issue. Some food does freeze if its in the back of the fridge side, but I have encountered that with other fridges, and so I just watch what gets put back there. Overall, serves its purpose, looks nice, and was a great price at around $1300. Appreciated the delivery as well. I recommend it for smaller families for sure.

Temperature control is faulty. Setting of 42 ends up 31 in one place and 38 in another. Eggs freeze. Service tech said that’s the way these refrigerators are. Your supposed to put eggs in the butter keeper and the milk in another special place. No mention of this in the manual or the description of the product before purchasing. I of course would not have bought it if I knew about this problem. This is CRAZY.Ice maker stopped working after 8 months.

Excellent fridge. I've had it for four months now. Really enjoy how quiet it is, lots more storage than my old bottom freezer fridge, and it has a very good ice making machine. The kids enjoy getting water for themselves (my old fridge did not have a water dispenser). Highly recommend. Installation was great from Amazon.

The first delivery turned out to be defective but Amazon replaced it the next day with a new refrigerator .The water dispenser dispensed warm water.

Update!! It made ice for about 2 1/2 years then it stopped. Everything else is still working. That was about 3-4 months ago. First guy they sent told me right off he didn't work for sears but sometimes they contact him. Ok he came out 2x and couldn't fix it.Need a whole new door bc the ice is in the door. 2 doors later and a total of 4 men and they said their it's fixed! It made ice for a week and stopped. I've had my plumber out to check bc they blamed it on my plumbing and nope that's not it. So they were to come again today and it was a day of waiting, confusing phone calls from them to me only to finally push me off again. I expressed my unhappiness and she gives me the phone number for their "escalation team" and they can help get me in earlier IF an opening pops up.I call this number and it rings 1 time then automatically disconnects. Ring once and disconnects. So my feelings for the manufacturer and the ethics of the Seller are:NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS!! NO! NEVER!! 1/27/22. I guess we'll see! ---LOVE THIS REFRIDGERATOR!! It’s exactly as described and like heaven a nice wide fridge space without robbing the freezer space. Everything stays much longer as well as better for quite awhile too! I paid for install and that went without a hitch to the point that they hauled away the old fridge for me. Made sure everything was working properly etc. they cleaned u after themselves too. Nothing but good to say about the install team! Cost a little more but oh so worth it.

It looks nice and works well. Ice maker is a loud when refilling the ice bucket, some items keep freezing in the fridge and already lower the temp also It's not finger print resistant, if you have kids, they will leave their little paw prints all over the place.With all that, I still like it and there is not a lot of options for this particular size, it fit like a glove. The delivery guys were very professional and completed a nice installation

We have had this refrigerator for less than a year and two of the LED bulbs have burnt out. Typically you would just replace bulbs but the maintenance book states that the LED lights can only be replaced by a technician. We called the service number in the care book that came with the unit. After 15 minutes on the phone explaining the problem and giving them all the product numbers, they finally said I needed to call a different number. After calling that number and going through the same process, they finally said that since it was purchased from Amazon, I had to call a third number. When I called it, it was just an automated message trying to sell me different products. Once I clicked through all the sales pitches, it finally just hung up on me. When I called back, I now receive a message the number is disconnected.Update: Finally got the lights replaced just before the warranty expired. Now three months later, the freezer side lights are out. What a piece of junk!
