A little to sticky for me

I have very thick hair and this stuff is able to hold it for a full day of activity etc.

Really good products that used by professionals and my son use it for years and very happy with it. Good price wise as well and prompt delivery

Good enough product for the money, although I think next time I'll go for something with a stronger hold. That's more because I have quite thick hair that likes to just do what it wants!

For £12 delivered for 2 this is a steal. Really decent hair product that I've use for a good few years now. Loads more natural than gel or other cr*p we get sold to put on our noggins. Would recommend.

I'm not one to review products normally but every now and again, a product comes along that's performs so distinctly against its competitors, that I'm compelled to write a review.Intro:I must say, upon reading a good many reviews, I was excited I was buying an amazing product. The manufacturer claim this product delivers "dry textured control, powerful hold and natural matte expression", exactly what I was looking for.Aroma:First use, I popped the cap to be pleasantly met with a subtle watermelon scent, an odd choice to rub on my head, however not unpleasant.Texture:The texture in container is that of a medium density clay but upon touching skin, it quickly melts down to a lightly tacky, slightly greasy paste. Again, not unexpected, but perhaps a little thinner than I prefer. As you'll know if you're reading this though, the key is in the results so I had no concerns at this point.Application:I have Caucasian hair cut quite short, approx 2" on top and #2 back and sides. My hair has a natural (very light) wave to it which can straightened out with almost any hair product.I used a small amount to start and immediately was met with zero results. Upon increasing the amount of the product used, reality kicked in that I had bought a crap product. There is no 'powerful hold' with this product, the initial hold is too weak to keep the hair in place so it shifts back into its natural position which in my opinion, defeats the purpose of a hair product of this type.Results:Upon applying the product, I was able to achieve the same look and hold as I can with NO product at all but with the added side benefit of a greasy feeling until I next washed my hair. To reiterate, the hair does not fix in place, a slight breeze will change the position of it but you're left eagerly anticipating your next opportunity to shower.Summary:Manufacturers need to stop using untrue adjectives. This product offers no more "control" than if I used unsalted butter. It's "powerful hold" is non-existent and "natural matte expression" is seemingly describing my face after spending good money for bad product. The product is "extreme" in exactly zero ways.Testing scenarios:I tested this product under three different conditions, bone-dry hair, towel-dry hair and damper than towel dry. It performs equally badly in all three scenarios.

This is a fantastic product with a great price

Smells amazing. Recommended to these by my barber who uses this. Only slight issue was a delivery which cant be helped
