Love this primer. I especially love you can use it as a primer or alone to brighten you eyes up. It doesn't crease like many primers (think urban decay). It goes on smooth, lasts for full 24 hours but easy. To remove, never sweats off, it's my go to makeup product. So glad Amazon carries it now. No other eye primer comes close! The new blue turned out not to be flattering for me but I still love all the other shades

I love Laura Mercier Eye Basics. I'm 58 years old and mostly wear this as an eye shadow only even though I think it is meant to be more of a primer. At my age I don't like glittery shadow and when I use powder shadows I can easily make a mess. This isn't glittery but isn't quite flat matte either. I have this product in the Linen, Wheat, & Buff colors. The shadow stays put & doesn't cake in the creases of my eye. For the most part I like a more natural look & the wheat or buff do the trick. If I need more of an evening look I use Linen highlight my brow bone or as a base for my other eyeshadow which is Bare Minerals 5 in 1 BB Eye Cream or Clinique Lid Smoothie Antioxidant 8-Hour Eye Colour.
