How is the product your selling not genetically altered if it’s a “microbial rennet that produces plant-based enzymes”? That seems to be the definition of a gmo. For the record, I am NOT against GMO’s.

Water, sodium chloride, acetic acid, sodium acetate, extra heat labile microbial coagulant.I have used it just once but it worked very well.

What is the expiration date of the 1 x organic liquid vegetable rennet, 2 oz? i will not be making mozzarello cheese often or in large quantities.

It is not marked with an expiration date so the proper concern is with which seller you choose to purchase from and how they handle their product. We supply this product to customers around the world and order product in the smallest quantities possible as frequently as possible to ensure a fresh stock. Our inventory is refrigerated upon entering and leaving our warehouse to make sure that it is handled properly. When you purchase this item, you will want to make sure it is delivered at a location where it can be refrigerated shortly after arrival and does not get exposed to extreme heat such as in an outdoor mail box for an extended period of time on a hot summer day.
