Copper soles are very good for you - replaced the ones I’d had for years

Bought for my mum feeling a little improvement in her joints only been a week, it should take around 6 weeks to feel full benefit

Unfortunatly they broke across after a few months. Didn't notice any change in pain levels so dissappointing for the cost.
