I've been using this product for my semi automatic washing machine for more than two weeks now.Plus points:It is height adjustable.It's very stable even when the washing machine is a bit shaky.It gives good ground clearance for sweeping/vaccuming mopping.Note: If there is too much weight imbalance while drying or washing i.e if we place heavy load unevenly causing the washing machine to spin like crazy and unsteadily, it'll jump out of the pads (this is worst case scenario). But if we place clothes correctly before spinning then it's totally fine.Overall super utility product !!!Go for it.
