HapeBeach Toy Hand Digger in Green

This was a great beach hit over the summer and was easy for both toddlers and adults to use without breaking

I bought three of these for our sandbox and I'm probably going to get at least one more. Our youngest is only two and I was expecting it to be too big for her but she manages surprisingly well, especially with the double handles. These are the most rigid, stout sand plastic shovels I've ever used, I'm used to the flimsy ones that break after a handful of beach visits. Unless these are getting pounded with a hammer or UV constantly I wouldn't expect them to break. And even then I have my doubts. Four bucks might seem like a lot to some but I can't imagine having to replace these anytime soon so the value is solid. Hape makes great kids stuff and this is no exception.

Hape makes great toys and this digger was an instant hit. It has a good sized scoop and very easy for both toddler and adult to hold. Great price too for a quality sand toy.

Good quality digger beach toy - expensive by itself

I purchased two of these for my grandsons ages 3 and 7. These were durable and the boys enjoyed hours of digging in the sand with these. They are strong and well made. They should last for many beach trips in the future!
