When the product arrived the ink was rubbing off on my hands. also ink bled to back of wood. Other than that very nice.

When I ordered this monogram for our first child’s nursery, I did not have stellar expectations. The price was very competitive to the point where I thought quality would be sacrificed. Man was I wrong! The quality far exceeded my expectations. We ordered in white and the paint was very detailed and the monogram was flawless. The edges were wood burned and the best way to create this(in my opinion). It even came with very high quality sawtooth hardware to hang. MRC is very detailed oriented and cares about the customer!

I was extremely sad to notice that it came damaged. I did not look at it right away because it was an anniversary gift so I left it unopened until I gave it to my husband for our anniversary. I used a little paint to fix the spots that chipped away. The calligraphy is a little weird. But it’s still beautiful. I have it hanging above my bed, and the only thing I wish is that it would’ve had more bubble wrap or something around the frame during shipping it broke.

This company is amazing. My item came with a small crack that occurred during shipping and they sent me a replacement the next day. The product is really nice!!
