First Endurance Optygen, 0.3 Ounce

I used this product for about 45 days before my last century. On the plus side, it definitely works. I feel like it allowed me to train harder and faster than my body was naturally capable of. That might sound like a positive, but I believe it caused me to over train, and I was pretty flat for the century. When I do my next century I will most likely start using it a just a week or two before the ride.

I think Optygen and First Endurance are great have used it a long time and it works great This is review is for delivery. This never arrived on time or as stated. I even subscribed and seem to get the delayed message. This product has a loading dose and its disappointing to not get it on the date its supposed to be delivered.

I paid an additional $13.00 for a product advertised on the label as 40% stronger Rhodiola and the ingredients are exactly the same as the original. Don't buy this product without verifying the label as I did. So much for trusting the sellers on Amazon.

Delivered on schedule, bubble wrapped so not to break. I have taken this product in the past and it is great. I am not racing now but I am going to take it for a few months to help my training.
