The solution to your under extrusion problems!
I had a serious problem with extrusion in my CR-10 machine that rendered it useless. If it had been under extruding at a consistent rate, I could've just raised the flow percentage, but the problem was that that the under extruding was INCONSISTENT, at times worse than others. It resulted in very weak prints with lots of gaps in the walls.I tried many things to solve this issue, I replace the bowden tube with a capricorn one, I installed a micro-swiss hot end (which reduced the problem, but didn't completely solve it), and I replaced all of the pneumatic fittings, I replaced the nozzles, I cleared out the clogs. My printer still wouldn't print at its original quality. Finally, I bought and installed this extruder, and boy did it work! My extrusion is now flawless.I performed a test to see how well my extrusion became: I printed a hollow shape with 0% infill and a single-line wall thickness. It turned out perfect. Not even water could pass through it!This is a great extruder if you are having extrusion problem, but I cannot tell whether it would improve your prints if you don't have an extrusion problem to begin with. After all, this is a very expensive upgrade (25% of the CR-10's cost). The filament loading mechanism definitely needs to be improved. The process of loading the filament into the extruder is time consuming and difficult. I had to push the gear with my hand for about two minutes while wearing a glove.

Installation on Ender 3 V2 is not covered.
Installation instructions are for the CR-10. Though this extruder is compatible with other units like the Ender 3 V2, the instructions don't cover how to attach it, neither does the online guide. Also, it was not very clear on how to access the G-code. Once I figured out how to access the g-code and insert the snippet which tells the motor to increase the E-steps to 415, the extruder worked great. The one major drawback is that changing out the filament is much harder than in traditional extruders. Overall, worth the money to not have your printed models sabotaged by a flimsy extruder. I would buy again.

Best ender 3 pro updrade
The media could not be loaded. I was highly skeptical of this purchase but seeing how I already sunk 200 bucks for linear rails 250 bucks for duet 2 wifi and 80 bucks for a 500watt psu for my ender 3 pro i thought might as well put the last nail.in and i purchased this and i have to say it is phenomenal the accuracy of retraction and the flow with this extruder is hand down the best on the market the build quality is solid and the mounts can be printed to suit any needs

Great upgrade to my Ender 3 v2.
Quality product that works very well. Excellent tech support. Of the upgrades I’ve put on my Ender 3 v2 this is the most successful.

Received wrong kit, wrong parts for my printer
Finally decided to get one of these for my Ender 3 Pro. Only they sent the wrong kit. The one they sent has a cr-10s mount with filament sensor. I just need the cr-10 mount so I guess I'll have to find the file and print the part myself. Also didn't come with the Bowden connector on the output end. Just a black plastic plug that fit the groove. The picture for the kit I ordered shows a Bowden tube connected. And I got no Bowden lock clips or instructions either. I've been duped. Bondtech does not seem to be the quality they once were.Update: During setup the brass threaded insert stripped out, leaving me with no way to apply tension to the filament feed gears. Without this tension adjustment, the extruder is useless and won't work. I've returned it for a full refund. Perhaps it was just a bad batch of extruders or quality control missed this extruder, too. We'll see.

Don't hesitate it's a fabulous extruder
It's a Bondtech that says it all really, by far the best extruder I've ever used. Dont be fooled by Chinese knockoffs those are way and all bad.

Extrudes great, nightmare to repair!
At some point, you WILL get a jam. When you do, you will likely have to replace the bowden tube coupler. Because they didn't use a standard, replaceable coupler, you are going to be down for quite some time. The change of using the included coupler is about zero. You can send it in (to Sweden) and get it repaired for about $20. On a side note, they do offer adding a threaded coupler as a repair. Ugg... Buy the cheap knockoff model.

Worth every cent.
I cant talk highly enough about this extruder. Id heard about “how great they were” online but was still reluctant because i felt they were a bit on the expensive side. After using it for myself i feel i got the better end of the deal. Ill buy one for every printer i get.
