Best extruder still
I Use this on both my ender 3 and ender 3 max. Seriously zero issues - And the location of the gear makes it easy to swap filament out. I use PLA often and have had no issues. I tried an H2 on my max and had jamming issues (which is probably from trying petg) but what made me switch back is the gears location. On the H2 i have to move an assembly to get to it where this is more accessible.

Incredible. Made a useless CR-10S S5 brick of a printer into a reliable workhorse.
The original extruder gear would not extrude AT ALL with my usual Hatchbox PLA. It extruded a little with Ziro brand filament. I ordered the Bondtech drive system because I really wanted this 500x500mm printer to work so I thought I'd throw money at it. Best purchase ever. You'll have to update your Marlin e-steps on the extruder to 415 for correct 100mm extrusion calibration. I even included a picture where the supports got knocked off the base by the nozzle and the extrusion is slow and consistent enough that it actually regenerated the supports in empty space. Amazing.

Non-Serviceable output. But overall the extruder is amazing.
Amazing extruder. It has served me very well. However the quick connect for the Filiment tube is unserviceable. Having a version in which you can swap the output adapter just as the input would allow to easily clear clogs. In an attempt to clear a Filiment clog between the Filiment tube adapter and the inside of the extruder all of the teeth to grip the Filiment tube broke free. Sadly that part is non-removable so I must purchase it again. Hopefully this will be taken into account and fixed with later iterations of the extruder.

Doesn’t fit CR-10S filament sensor switch
I bought this specific kit because it had a built in filament sensor housing, but when I tried to put in the existing sensor I found that the housing is too small to put my sensor. So this housing must have been for a different sensor. Had I known that the sensor wouldn’t fit I would have just bought the CR-10 upgrade kit and just keep the old sensor housing. I would recommend buying the nonsensor kit because it’s cheaper and you won’t have to hope that your kit came with the right housing. I’m going to put my old sensor back together and continue to install the kit. Also didn’t help that the kit didn’t come with any instructions. So you may want to download the instructions off their website and print it up if you don’t have internet access wherever your printer may be. The only reason I don’t give them 1 Star is that they offer the STL file online so I’m going to modify their STL to accept the filament sensor that I have.

Works well with CR-10S S5
This thing is a monster and easy to take apart and clean in the case of Bowden tube jams, hot end clogs or material reel jams. It never slips.

It's very pushy and pully
Pushes and pulls one long ass string of plastic. Does it's job

Works wellx
I have this installed on my ender 3 pro... I ordered a standard filament sensor and fit within a couple mins..

Don't buy this if you have a CR-10S. They are shipping it with an incompatible mount.
They are still shipping these with a mount that is incompatible with the CR-10 filament sensor. It is a known issue. They have a new mount design that corrects the problem but Bondtech said that I would need to pay for shipping since I purchased it on Amazon. No...I don't think so!
