How do you set the clock?

Press the timer/clock button twice. With the colon blinking, enter the time by using the Time buttons. Use the 10 min time button to enter the hour. Use the 1 min button to enter the 10-50 minutes part and then the 10 sec button for the 1-9 minute part of time. It's a 12 hour clock so there is no AM or PM. Example: to set the time of 1:45, after pressing the timer/clock button twice, press the 10 min button once. A 1 will appear in the hour section. Then press the 1 min button 4 times. Then press the 10 sec button 5 times. 1:45 should appear. Then press the timer/clock button and it is set. Hope this helps.

It has stainless steel trim on the door, but the interior is painted with a dark gray high gloss finish. I've had stainless steel and much prefer this because it shows nothing, not even big splatters., and because of the gloss finish, everything cleans right off with a little Windex. It's important to not use any abrasives, so it will maintain the gloss. Not even soft scrub.
