KITOOLUpgraded Vegetable Peeler For Potato Fruit (Set of 3)

I received these peelers this afternoon. The estimated delivery was between 12/13 to 12/18, but they arrived way faster than promised, I received it the next day after I placed the order, that is my 1st surprise. The 2nd surprise is that They were packed in a small but sturdy box, 3 of them tied together that prevented any possible damage during transportation, I received them just like a gift box. I can't wait to try them immediately. The result surprised me again. The blades are very sharp and the handles are sturdy and smooth. I have confidence that they can last long with such good material. I can hold it firm easily. I used the black one to peel a pear and appreciate its 2 ways function, it cuts my time for peeling. I also used the scoop a few balls of the pear for decorating my dish. I used the red one to make some julienne of onion and cabbage. I also tried the blue one to peel and slice a big carrot and made some ribbons to wrap my chicken breast, onion and cabbage and steamed it. The peelers work excellently. I don't need to use the processor to do the slicing any more. They are amazing and easy to use. I love this product and would recommend to my friends. It's too bad that I didn't take a picture to show the result.

Bought these like four years ago, still use them

I haven't used them much yet so I can't attest to their longevity. However, when I did use them, they worked great, very sharp, slide smoothly. I had to peel about 10 sweet potatoes and they went so fast and very easy. The peelers I had been using constantly got sweet potato skin underneath and made me have to stop about every 2 peel flicks, I did not have that issue with these. I also did try them on a carrot as well and that was perfect, both the peeling and the grating. They are very easy on the hands as well.

Over all the peelers are easy to use. They have a more boxy edge that is not as comfortable to hold if you have sensitive hands. It takes some getting used to. The amount of pressure to make the peelers work properly varies between the peeler and the one that shreads. In all, they are wonderful, and the thin slices we got were perfect for soup or salad. The only problem we had was we ran out of things to peel.

These are very sharp and easy to hold.We got these to replace a spiral cutter that was kind of a hassle to use. It required 2 hands and a second person to hold it.These have worked very much to our expectations. They have been easy to use, even for someone recovering from a broken wrist, (doesn't have full strength back yet).They worked great on zucchini and cucumbers, as is to be expected, but just as well as on harder vegetables like carrots and potatoes.We are very pleased with this set of peelers, especially for the price. They have very versatile for our needs and as said before have been easy to hold. Durability seams good as well, but time will tell (only had them for a couple weeks).

These peelers take a little getting used to after just using a traditional potato peeler style utensil in the past, but they work great! Watch your fingers because they are sharp! It's also much more convenient to grab one of these peelers to prep veggie noodles (carrots, zucchini, etc) than to get out my spiralizer, not to mention they are much easier to clean up after using! I've been adding more fruits and veggies to my diet lately, especially with summer coming, and these peelers make prep much quicker! Looking forward to using them to prep fruit and veggies for grilling soon!

What can I say that the man in the infomercial hasn't already said! I always laugh when I see these kinds of products and their oh so amusing commercials and this item was no different. My Fiancee had sent me a link to the video/product and was very insistent that I order a set. After some gentle ribbing about these 'groundbreaking peelers', I placed my order.Boy am I glad I did. They actually arrived just before Thanksgiving and by pure divine intervention, I just happened to be tasked with preparing, making and providing the potato dishes for the meal (of both the mashed and roast variety).Usually, this would have been a daunting task rooted in the knowledge that I had about an hour of finger pinching peeling ahead of me. This time, however, I approached the challenge with an air of cautious confidence. Had I known what I know now, there would have been nothing cautious about that confidence. Within minutes, literally minutes, I had peeled and rinsed roughly 25 pounds of potatoes.I walked out of my kitchen feeling like a god amongst men. A Potato Prince.The mashed potatoes ended up lumpy and the roast potatoes got burned in the oven, but that was purely down to my Michelin star level skills and not the Magic Trio Peelers.To everyone reading this, I urge, nay, implore you to purchase this item. The price is great and the product is even better!

Although these are slightly flimsy in that the handles are just thin plastic, the blades work well. However, if you happen to get a card inside your box saying only a few people got the card because they were the first to order it, and if you go to the website they give you, you will receive another set absolutely free. DON'T GO THERE!!! There is a virus attached to the place you click to get your "free" set! Thank goodness my virus software isolated it and then deleted it.

I bought a set of much more expensive Japanese peelers at an Ideal Home Exhibition. When I was staying away fro home for a long time, I bought these to try. They are just as good as the most expensive ones and having different coloured ones for different jobs is also very useful. Love that they can be used for peeling in both directions, backwards and forwards. Have stayed razor sharp since too. Highly recommend.

I love them

Simple and easy to use

I bought this to make grating salads easier. I found that only one of the peelers really worked for making julienne carrots ginger etc. I found it difficult to hold some of the vegetables and there was a lot of waste on the end of the carrot. I also find them very difficult to clean. on the plus side they are very sharp and normal grating with them is pretty easy.

I bought a set before on Amazon and they were much sturdier than the set I’ve just received .. however it arrived with 2 peelers with same blade and no smooth blade???
