What is the expiration date of the items you ship to me?

Beware! The "better if used by" date on the box I just received on the Subscribe & Save was only 2 months aways - which really stinks when you have 3 months until the next box ships!

What are some thoughts on the ginger snap? And the carrot cake?

Oh I never saw the ginger snap one, I eat paleo so, no wheat, legumes, rice ect. The carrot cake was a very welcome grab and go item, as I'm mostly fresh food only, aside from nuts. You get the sense of the real ingredients from carrot cake. Oh the blueberry muffin and banana bread are tasty as well.

Where are LaraBars manufactured? All it says on the box and wrapper is that its distributed by Small Planet Foods in Colorado.

LARABAR used to be produced in China many years back but now the package does not say China. I stopped buying them. I hope they are manufactured in the US as they are a very healthy on the go snack.
