Wow!!!! I think I'm obsessed with this ink! I recently bought a new HP with their stupid instant ink subscription and was biteraly disappointed by the terrible photo quality and the ink. So I bought a older model HP Photosmart off Marketplace and needed some ink. The cost of the ink for black and color HP brand would have costed me over $75. For like $25, I got this ink set with the smart ink not realizing that it actually holds more than two refills worth! And look at that first picture with that awesome quality! Such rich and dark and vibrant colors! I am so happy! This product is very highly recommended!

This ink works great in my HP printer and is easily compatible. It would be an interesting experiment to determine if it printed as many copies as the HP ink cartridges. This is my second time purchasing and I haven't had any issues with leaking or quality nor any error messages when installing.

Excellent quality product and stellar customer service from Smart Ink! I have a printer that's about 10 years old. I ordered these cartridges and the color ones worked perfectly in my printer, but the black ink wouldn't come through on print tests, even though my printer recognized the black ink was full and had been printing documents perfectly well before it ran out of ink. I WhatsApped Smart Ink (past midnight Eastern Time) and Alice responded in minutes to help me. She was so helpful and pleasant to deal with and rushed shipping of another set of ink for me. The black cartridge I originally got must have been a dud, but the new one works beautifully. I can't recommend Smart Ink highly enough! Five stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ink is fine (no problem at all with printer compatibility) and customer service at Smart Ink is top notch. Will purchase all my printer ink from them in the future.

HP cartridges for my old printer are becoming harder to obtain and more expensive. I ordered and quickly received two sets of Smart Ink cartridges (1 day with Prime). When installing the cartridges, I noticed that one of the color cartridges was defective--a broken locking tab. Because I received two sets, I was still able to install a complete set and begin printing. The printer recognized the cartridges, and color print quality starting with the very first print job was at least as good as with HP cartridges. I emailed Smart Ink about the defective cartridge--their contact information was easy to find printed inside the box--and received a reply within a few minutes. After sending a photo of the defective cartridge, Smart Ink promised to expedite a replacement set of ink cartridges at no charge. The cartridges were well packaged and they are sufficiently sturdy, but sometimes breakage happens. What matters to me is the excellent print quality and customer service to rectify the problem quickly, and the cartridges are very affordable. I highly recommend trying them. I can't yet comment on longevity (so 4 stars for now), but my HP cartridges never really lasted as long as I thought they should anyway.
