Piteba Oil Press & Nut Cracker Combo

nice stuff. I don't know if there is a trick to using the nutcracker but on our southern pecans, you don't get a lot of "whole halves" unless you make an adjustment for each nut. (The adjustment is easy). If you just need pieces, the cracker works fast and is heavily made. Haven't used the press yet but seems similarly well made.
