I use this for making wires green

This is a staple around the house. I use it when a power cord frays or just to reinforce edging on a cord when I know it's going to be in a spot where it may get bent. I've even used it to repair headphones or to give an extra layer around internet cords or whatever. It's not super sticky but it sticks just fine to itself and works well. It repairs things pretty easily and quickly and can be used if you just need black tape for something or the other. It comes back off pretty easily too without leaving a residue. The reason it loses one star is because they should know that electrical tape will be going around tiny cords and wires and such and despite it's small size, it doesn't seem to be made with wires in mind so you can't pull off a single strip and wind it or you get giant bubbles and flaps of tape which makes the point that you're trying to cover exposed wires void. If you have to wrap it down a wire, you have to use dozens of tiny pieces rather than one piece which is bothersome but still worth it.

Tape is sticky and works as should. Only issue is with the width of the tape itself. Every other roll of electric tape you buy is of a standard width. This is much thinner. They could have cut it 2-3MM wider and it would be "standard" width electric tape.

It was perfect for taping pool noodles on a room divider.

i buy all kinds of tape and this is good for taping stuff together. would i use it for a connection joint no. i use this for all the mild stuff i have to do and to keep in the first aid bin.

Very thin material. Does not stay stuck to room temp metal for more than 5 minutes, then begins to curl. Material is weak and think. Spend the extra 200% and get stuff that works.

Handy rolls of tape to have on hand and six rolls are just the right amount.

Only issue is it keeps tearing near the centre

Cannot stick to metal or itself, extremely stupid because it's electrical tape, meant to insulate metal wires. How does it not stick to itself? It's probably the only tape in the world that can't stick to itself. It doesn't even stay on the holder, it's shifted because it cannot adhere to itself on the roll. Couldn't stick it onto wires, so I tried to at least wrap it several times and hope it would at the very least stick to itself. It does not. Rolls were dirty, cardboard dust all over the rolls. These are likely old warehouse stock that was forgotten and lost for 15 years. Don't buy it unless you want a bunch of slightly sticky decorative ribbons.
