I ordered 10 skeins for a project, every skein was a different dye lot, dye lots ranged from years 2020- 2022 which resulted in many different shades of the same yarn rendering it unusable. So I reordered with same results. Such a shame, it’s beautiful yarn and highly recommend Lion Brand Wool Ease thick and quick, these were sold and shipped by Amazon. Any major craft store is your best bet, use your coupons and match your dye lot, it’s much cheaper that way too. Also look for 15 skein pro packs from “M”, saves headaches and money. Hope this helps

I love Lion Brand Yarn in the Wool Ease Thick & Quick. I'm a beginning knitter and the chunkier yarn is easier to work with. This yarn is soft and warm. I made a lovely scarf with this grey.

My daughter is using this to make a sweater. It's nice and soft. She is very pleased. Tried to order this first on the Lion Brand web site, but found the site to be a nightmare to navigate. So glad I found this on Amazon.
