PlantronicsBackBeat FIT 305 Sweatproof Sport Earbuds, Wireless Headphones, Dark Blue/Blue

I purchased these to replace a set of Beatsx wireless earphones that I purchased exactly one year and 3 weeks ago. The left ear of the $150 beats earphones stopped working exactly 3 weeks after the warranty expired. I thought I loved the sound on my old earphones... UNTIL I tired these! Perfect sound. Fit in my ears perfectly. I love them! Terrific price!

The headphones, when working, sounded great. The charge lasted the 6hrs referenced by the company. I noticed around week two that the ear phone on the side with the volume control (right) start to crackle if I moved my arm around. Then a week later they completely died. I thought it was the charge, so I left the headphones plugged in and the next morning I couldn't get the headphones to turn on.I filed a claim with Plantronics and completed the return. Plantronics received my return on a Thursday and didn't acknowledge the return until I called Monday (I called over the weekend but their phone system force hanged up each call). Upon calling the Rep they said a replacement would be shipped today for SDA. That afternoon (PST) I got an email saying my replacement was unavailable and delayed for 2.5 weeks.I just hanged up my 5th call to Plantronics, only the 2nd that actually went through properly, and they said they can't replace with comparable product due to an apparent company-wide shortage of headphones. I also can't get a credit back from Plantronics because I purchased on Amazon. I can't request a credit on Amazon either because the headphones made it to the 30 day period before failing completely.At this point I have to wait the 2.5wks for a replacement. I will not be a recurring Plantronics customer. I'm sure this next set will fail pretty soon after receipt because I have no faith in their product and when it does I will buy Bose SoundSport or Beats which my spouse uses and has for 1.5yrs then 1yr, respectively, without ANY ISSUES.

Very good price. My last pair lasted about 6 years. I am careful not to jam them into my gym bag, bending the wire. Hope this pair lasts as long. Make sure to use the right size ear bud covering with loops that fit in your ears. It comes with 3 different sizes. This will keep the ear bud securely in your ear while you workout. I prefer this style with the ear buds connected buy a wire. Prevents losing a single ear bud. Sound quality is good. i only use for music and do not answer calls.

This bluetooth headset is great. I am pleased with the battery life, they stay in when I am running, I rarely have to adjust them, something I constantly had to do with other models. They do sometimes allow the sweat in, but that's when I am pushing the workout pretty tough.

Sound stopped coming out of the left earbud in under one month

good sound quality and decent battery life. lightweight cord doesnt bounce when running. controls are difficult to manipulate when wearing headsets. NOT SWEAT PROOF! used three time in gym while lifting weights. after second time using the headset started to experience problems with volume changing on its own. unit kept unpairing from phone. after thrid time using headphones controls would not respond anymore. unit will no longer turn on. stay away of you have had problems with sweat damaging headphones in the past. plantronics warranty service is subpar. have been playing email tag with customer support trying to replace unit.

Bought these for my daughter who is an avid runner. They sound great and stay in place when she’s running.

Overall, the headset was okay. Not great. Not bad. The comfort of the headset was so-so. It worked but was not great. Likewise, the comfort worked decently for shorter runs. With that said, one of the head buds randomly died after a little under two years of use. Not heavy use but moderate use. I purchased different headsets with about the same use for each. This headset is the first to go. Warranty coverage according to vendor only lasts one year. So, complete lose. When I purchased the headset, the price was $80. This was not worth it in my opinion for $40/yr hence the three star rating.

For the money, these have been great. When new, the braided/covering on the cord CAN be itchy at times but that goes away.I use them at work for ear protection and entertainment. Call sound quality is decent and the audio for the audio books and music are very good. Bass and clarity are there. They won't change your life but you won't be disappointed. Battery life is almost a full day of work!
