Does this product control the lower abdomen pooch ?

Not well for me. I am short so it just came up way too high to do any good. I tried placing the band where I wanted it to hit but then I had 2 extra inches of crotch fabric dangling between my legs. I wish I could find something for us short torso women

I’m size 16, what would be the best size to purchase? Want it to do its job but obviously don’t want it to give me a muffin top either. Please help

Get an Xlarge - your concern is exactly what i wanted. If they have a larger size like an XX - i would do that. It still does its job but it is so much more comfortable.
