Before this bag, I bought and returned five bags. They were too small or too big, were missing features, or had unnecessary ones. This bag hits the sweet spot. Small, but deceptively spacious. It even fits my 13 in. laptop for convenience. Lots of pockets to fit books, glasses, shaver, snacks, water bottle, wallet, cell phone, keys, cables. It even fits a large professional folio thanks to its expanding feature on top, which makes the bag look small but fit large items seamlessly when necessary. And it is pretty lightweight too. I've only been using it for a week, but I hope it is tough and long lasting because it is a great bag.The only thing that would make this bag the ultimate irreplaceable day-to-day bag would be simple security features like those of the Travelon antitheft bags, and a 1 ft. key ring lanyard. But it is pretty awesome as it is. Please make them forever so that I can buy another in the future.

I bought this for a two-week trip over to the UK where we were going to be traveling around pretty much the entire time. This was to be my underseat companion to my backpack, for the long flights and numerous train rides and hikes. And it was perfect!Pockets galore on this thing: the expandable side pocket is perfect for a water bottle; the full sized sleeve pocket on the back makes access to tickets easy; the main part of the bag amply fit my iPad Pro (9"), Switch, and a book; and several ancillary pockets made it easy to carry around other essentials (aspirin, sunglasses, headphones, pens, etc.) with no worry.The build quality is solid, and I had no issues with seams or straps or zippers for the entirety of the trip. I'll probably continue to use this day-to-day from here on out. My only "issue" is that my work laptop doesn't quite fit, but that's probably actually a point in the bag's favor.

Yay!! This bag is perfect for my long haul flights. The crossbody is comfortable, and there's plenty of space inside. I'll be bringing a DIY flight kit (aka the quart liquids bag), an adult coloring book, a dozen coloring pencils and sharpener, a blow up travel pillow and one of those foldable foot rests that you hook up on the tray table. It all fits in there with much room to spare. Pockets galore for my passport, sunglasses, cash, etc.I have a 4 day Thanksgiving trip coming up. I am wearing dark jeans the entire time, Nike sneakers and just swapping out tops. Wearing my jacket on the plane. I used a medium sized packing cube and packed in: 4 v-neck t shirts, 4 underwear, 1 bra, pajama set, slipper socks, 1 pair socks. The packing cube fit in this bag ALONG with the quart sized liquid bag!!! It's on now!!! Haha I love this bag.Also, as an added bonus, Amazon had this bag as "Used-Acceptable" for $13.13. I bought it thinking meh, who cares if someone didn't want it and sent it back. I wasn't expecting much. The bag arrived with the tags still on it and in EXCELLENT condition. So glad I got this one.

Perfect size bag for a personal item on most airlines. I was able to store some snacks, Bose QC35 headphones in their case, iPad, iPhone, spare battery bank, travel adapter, water bottle, umbrella, multiple cables, sleep mask, toothbrush, earplugs, and a few other odds and ends without the bag bulging or causing problems. I could even jam my travel pillow in there as long as I didn’t mind it being hard to access other items. I purchased the smaller sized bag and was well pleased with how well it performed over our 2 week trip to Vietnam. We took 9 flights in 14 days and it worked great on everyone of them. My only complaint is the top zipper is a bit awkward because of the ability to expand the bag upwards a few extra inches. I would have preferred to not have this feature and have a normal zipper set up.

Bought the bag thinking it would be like a messenger bag I had once and it’s smaller than expected but I use it like purses and messenger bag because I tote my iPad Air everywhere...many pockets that I forget where things are...the side pocket for a water bottle works well if you use both hands...not easy with just one hand. Still thinking putting too much in the bag....might need to rethink in future but because the shoulder strap clicks on....maybe I just need to find another heavy duty strap.

I’m a paraplegic and prefer not to carry a backpack on the back of my wheelchair with my valuables. This allows me to carry my valuables and other supplies in one bag instead of multiple like I had been doing. Such a time saver because I can leave everything ready and just pick it up and go wherever I’m ready.

This bag has many pockets great for traveling. Holds all esentials like wallet phone keys passport, extra sweater eye drops and more,. Wear it conveniently as cross body to keep items secure. Easily go thru security as this bag hold everything from your pockets and passes thru the xray. Also holds my tablet and earphones.

There is a problem with the warranty information. The listing says it has a lifetime warranty. The bag comes with a tag that says: "2 years warranty". Of course, I will insist they honor the advertised warranty and not the much more limited one that you don't see until you've already purchased the bag.I don't yet know how to rate the bag's quality as I've had it only a few days. But it looks like what I expected.
