Is this juice from concentrate, and is it cold pressed?

It's pure ginger juice but filtered.

There are conflicting answers here. Where is the ginger grown and where made into juice?

how long is the shelf life?

I've had an unopened bottle for about a year. Considering that I've kept vacuum packed shredded fresh ginger root for over two years in the refrigerator without any problems, I expect the bottled juice would last equally as long.

Is there a difference between this size and your larger plastic bottle of ginger juice?

this is about the size of a large vanilla bottle......small A-1 sauce....i use it a teaspoon at a time for sauces/teas/salad dressings. it's very nice
