can this be used in place of the manual rotator unit (radio shack 15-1245)

I believe the ad says what Radio Shack units work with this controller. My Channel master Rotor is at least 20 years old .This unit will control most rotors.

All I can tell you is I hooked this controller up to an old Radio Shack rotator (Archer) and it worked just fine without any issues. It should also work with any brand rotator similar the Archer rotator.

Will it work with RCA motor?

I don't know. My rotator motor is a very old Channel Master. Check the wiring for yours. If it is the same (probably is ) then it should work

How many volts is this unit?

The CM9537 requires 110-120 volts AC. I have not measured the out put voltage. I do know that it works with the CM and Radio Shack products (perhaps CM manufactured the Radio Shack product. This is a great product.
