This exercise band is a big expensive, but it's worth it. I like having multiple loops sewn in, so I don't have to keep wrapping the excess around my hands. I also like the fact that this band stretches a bit, which makes it useful for stretching AND strength-building. And the friction webbing built-in makes it easier to keep the loops wrapped around your foot when doing leg exercises.

A "stretch band" can mean different things. Often a stretch band does not have stretch itself, its a fixed nylon webbing that is used to help you stretch. I kinda guessed that this band was itself stretchy, but wasn't exactly sure from the description. It is stretchy, but has a good level of resistance. The band is well constructed and is softer than just a nylon band, which is nice for the hands and feet.

I really like this stretch band. It has a wonderful weight, has those grip lines running down the side of the strap, and the loops let you grab on for extra tension.i got it to assist in my knee rehab, but keep it now for Yoga- it's superior to any strap I've used in the past.

Excellent quality but a little too stretchy for my purposes

Works great stretching out your rotator cuff.

I use it for yoga and stretching. It works well for doing nerve glide exercises involving hamstring and ankle. I like the multiple positions you can set the band. I use these to hold onto or go over my ankle when stretching.

More elastic than advertised and cannot return.

Love the loops on this strap. Good purchase and good gift for friends.

This product is crap for scratching. If your strong or have even moderately tight muscles this strap will do you no good. It would be much more effective if it were ridged and not elastic
