Good equipment… Terrible customer service
The equipment seems sturdy, picture quality is good, and physical set up is pretty straightforward. The big problems came when I tried to connect to the Internet so that I could remotely view the cameras (Which was my whole purpose for getting the product). On a scale of 1 to 10 on being tech savvy DIY’er for behind the scenes items and deep back layers of interface, I am probably a 4.Called repeatedly throughout the day to customer service line… Always reached a recording saying the call was important… And then I would be disconnected within 5-45 seconds. Found a link for a “chat” option… When I clicked on it it gave me an email address to send questions to. I did end up emailing asking for a call back. About 8 to 10 hours later they did send me an email saying I could email them with questions. Basically had to burn about 8 hours, of looking on other peoples product sites, and YouTube where they give helpful tips for setting up permanent IP addresses instead of ones that fluctuate. You need one for each camera. If they are not permanent addresses, you may have to keep resetting your system, as it randomly assigns different IP addresses. After massive amounts of trial and error and figuring out/guessing correct software selections within the system,finally got it to work. I was so tired I only set up two of the four cameras. Not sure I won’t have to spend another 4 to 6 hours on IP addresses when it comes time to set up the other two cameras. Many similar products out there. I would suggest before buying to call their customer service and see if they are reachable. With knowledgeable help establishing IP addresses and connecting them specifically to the BNT software, I think the software/interface should only take 10 to 15 minutes. With a helpful how to video from BNT or the seller, or them being willing to talk to people on the phone could easily make this a four or five star purchase.

Great Video! BNT 4 Camera, POE, Security Camera, 8 Channel NVR System...
The media could not be loaded. My system is up and working well. I am using the Xmeye App, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store, on my Android phone for remote surveillance and to receive motion alarms from the system. There are also some remote system adjustments that can be made using your phone. In the beginning, one of the cameras started failing and going off line but BNT sent a replacement in short order. Unfortunately, the camera sent to me had problems as well, perhaps from rough shipment, but the replacement is working great! The video quality is awesome. I have a 24" monitor for local viewing and added an HDMI splitter to my system to be able to view camera video on my big screen TV as well. You can adjust the level of video quality to a lower level to reduce file size of saved videos if desired. I opted to order a 1 TB drive, which installs easily in the NVR controller, and works very well. For me, who lives in the Pacific Northwest of the USA, foggy days are a bit of a problem at night when the camera mode goes to IR. This is probably a problem with all of these types of cameras that have the built in IR LEDs for night illumination. When this issue occurs the camera video looks like there is a snow storm, and it will trigger motion alarms. If you set the cameras to full time full color mode, which I do, this issue does not exist but additional lighting will be required at night I just leave on my porch and patio LED lights as all of my cameras are mounted outside. The greatest pro for BNT is their customer support. It is very good, via email, and the support person I have worked with from day one, Kevin, is awesome!! Best customer support I have ever had for electronics systems... BNT is continuously improving their systems and software. I really like the system! I gave this system 5 stars because it looks and works well and the customer support is as good as it gets. I almost dropped it to 4 stars because of the camera problems but realize that any electronics hardware can have issues...Update: Watched the attached video on Amazon and noticed that the video quality is not very good, but, on the local monitor and my phone it is HD quality. Amazon must have downsized the file to save space...

Blurry images, images are over saturated. I have a camera system that claims to be 720p, which i believe is from Sannce, it is clearer than this one. We installed this in our store and noticed that we can not make out facial features of anyone that was further than 20 feet, these may say 1080p but im sure that they are upscaled from what i can see
