I give it 5 stars. We have had this machine for over a year and love it. It sits on the counter and we use it at least once a month if not more. It is easy to clean. It is easy to take to party's. The down side is the fan is noisy. It keeps up for party's of about 50 people. The hopper is big so you can always keep it going.
