OMG! I am more than happy with this gift! 😆 It was way better quality than I expected it to be because I used a picture from my phone. I was so excited that I gave it to my boyfriend early. I was going to give it to him for his birthday Dec. 22nd..but I couldn't contain myself LOL! I will definitely be getting more of these in the future. The only thing is..I wish that I could've made it a little smaller so that when he filled it he wouldn't have to fill it so high to see him and his daughters faces..other than that I'm still in love with it and he loved it..Also, it arrived way earlier than expected & it still said it wasn't delivered yet until days later..not complaining about that though..I'm glad that it did show up earlier than expected.. :) Thank y'all so much! Got one for myself and enjoyed it a lot. I ended up getting a second as a mothers day gift and it was perfect. Picture quality is good considering it's bending around the cup and the color change works good when I put hot coffee in my cup. I always handwash my cup to make sure that the color change stays effective.

I LOVE this cup. I got it for my husband and he loves it, came with a little stirring spoon and all. The picture shows up perfectly, just takes a little bit for it to show up. The cup is a little small for a man who loves coffee tho.

I ordered one for my friend and hsd a picture of her late father on it picture was nicely fitted i was worried it would look weird but looked great she loves it it made her cry i an gonna get more and hace recommended these cups to more of my friends

I bought this for my mother on mothers day with a pic of her and my baby brother and she loved it! just bought it again the picture quality is really good worth the money! but it does take a little long to deliver

Didn't realize this was coming from China, I ordered it on the 10th and got it on the 28th. Although the quality is very nice and the picture looks exactly like the one I customized it too, (not pixly, grainy, etc.) but in order to see the picture so that the cup isn't just all black with a blue inside, the water needs to be boiling in order for the picture to appear. I even took boiling water and poured it directly over the picture and it took longer than I would assume it would for such hot water. Maybe it just needed to be as hot as your coffee regularly is, but it needs to sit in the mug for a while. I haven't tried it again since it was a gift, but I really wanted it to appear quickly and work because otherwise this was a great mug and I would have given it 5 stars.

I didnt like that they dont send a preview of what your photo will look like the on the mug. I emailed them a pic and they centred it. It doesnt even fill the white space and you cant see the picture when you are holding the mug by the handle. It looks ridiculous. The mug is nice quality, but I probably wont ever use it.

This was so easy to order - I just sent the maker an email with the photo image/logo and instructions on text. (I’ve waited out the name on this photo but please know that the text turned out perfectly). Great product! Came quickly too.

The mug itself is pretty nice looking but that's the only positive I have to giveThe image is horribly positioned, instead of covering the whole mug it's just sitting in the middle of itIf you want a mug that looks stolen from satan himself then I guess this is the mug for you
