Subbuteo British Edition Playset

Fantastic Christmas present for my 5 year old. He loves it and so do I.When we opened the game on Xmas day we realised the nets don't fit the goals. I emailed the seller 'We Are Games' who promptly got in touch and sent out a new set of nets, goals, a ball and a couple of wristbands. Fantastic and my son was delighted!!

I purchased this for my young son thinking great 4 teams and all the set up. In delivery the product disappoints, the goals are very flimsy and the nets don’t fit the goals. I emailed the supplier explaining who emailed back asking for an order number to which I have replied weeks ago and heard nothing since. I have emailed the since and before writing this and still nothing. The pitch is also thin, not at all as I remember as a child. Since buying this (my sons disappointment got me) I have had to buy further goals from amazon which were great and I have ended up buying another pitch which was a million times better. The players are ok but not the same as the packs of teams from Subbuteo which are around £10 each. In reflection I would not have bought this at all. The supplier is ignorant and the quality is poor. The ball is ok and the players are ok but that’s it. I would recommend people to buy separately all the components, it may be a bit more expensive but will be a hell of it better than this set, oh and you want have to put up with ignorant customer service!!!

Tried to build the goals and the net is not going on, no instructions grandson very upset so bought some more.

Great item and good value, my grandson loves playing subbuteo so this was a great choice.

The pitch wasn’t stripped as in picture but that was not necessarily on problem.The goal posts weren’t the same as on the box. The netting looked like off cuts and were not cut correctly or to size so either didn’t fit either posts!The football was missing from the box.Left it with my godson trying to play it without a ball and his embarrassed parents who insisted I left it with them.SO SO disappointed
