Decent, and with variable resistance
Decently made.I use it to tie one end to a table leg, then to my ankle, and pull my ankle backwards to work back-of-thigh muscles.(Better have a solid and heavy table before trying that!)There is an error in the description:Although the tubes are the same length, they are NOT the same diameter ... this is GOOD,The green tubes are thicker (stronger), than the red, giving you a choice of resistance. You can also pick up bungee cords of varying lengths at a hardware store if you want to dial it up or down a notch.

Great for dancers!
I got this originally for my dance classes, and doing leaps and jumps with it on is very helpful. It makes your jumps overall harder to do, but in the end it improves them so so much. I recommend this if you want to work out your leg muscles or work on dance technique. Very helpful item!

They are great
I train high school college and professional athletes, we personal training also conduct boot camps. All of my clients where these or the myosource kbands.there is really no difference to me except for the price so it's up to you which ones you should get it. The quality seems to be the same, but the durability I haven't had a chance to really test. This is a sound product for people who are trying to get in shape for any sport these are a must. There also a great too for injury rehab. At 13 dollars you can't beat it but if you want something just for price I would go with the myosource k bands

No information on package on how to use
This product is shipped with no instructions, so I had to come back to the amazon website to view the pictures on how to assemble. I was wondering if I was using them correctly but there was no information on assembly, exercises, use warnings, and such. It seems that the product is made for people that already know how to use it. I was doing some alternating standing leg curls and one of the bands snapped off. Am I supposed to use all four bands of just two. Are there any examples of exercises that can be done, and how with this equipment?

FOUND INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUTUBE!
I have only just opened the package but there are no instructions! I don't where to begin. The product seems to be of good quality though. Can anyone suggest where I can find instructions for this product? I will post another review after I get this working.February 26th 2013So I went online and found an instructional video to ensure that I put these on correctly and YEAH!!! They are quite good...they work. I am definitely happy with my purchase now!I will do a video review in a moment.

Exercise equipment
I bought this as a repalcement for a leg bands that I use for physicial therapy. After a couple of weeks of use one of the plastic head Red bands broke. The clips that hold the bands on keep coming off. I would have asked for replacement bands but I lost this at L.A. Fitness last week. I am ordering a different type as a replacement.

It's not the right time for the kids since they ...
It's not the right time for the kids since they don't have the coordination yet for these bands and exercises. Will keep trying to see how it works for them.

poor executed product, has no function!
doesn't really work for what i bought it for. I wanted to run up stairs with it on for more resistance, i already use a band but the band falls down easily. the concept is there but it is poorly executed, the plastic clips are so flimsy that if you try to stretch it too much (literally the point of the product) it will snap off and hit you and honestly it really hurts! I even tried to just do walking squats but it just doesnt feel right, i would go with a regular band.
