Very useful for my application.

I installed the connector inside of a modified Smart Plug for RVs. I modified the Smart Plug by removing the backing plate and inserting a piece of Plexiglass. Then I drilled holes and installed this CNLinko connector.The connector works great for PoE needed for the Starlink dish driver. And since it's IP67 while connected, I can use Starlink during rain or dust storms.The connection seems pretty robust, and feels solid when plugged in. But it's very easy to release by pushing in the black release button and pulling on the external plug. The download speeds on my Starlink connection did not change when I cut the cord and installed this port and the RJ45 connectors.

I bought this product to install a quick disconnect for my star link satellite Internet system. Installation was straightforward.For the price, this was the best option out there and the quality met expectations.

Very easy to put together. Used it for our starlink and haven’t had a problem. No more running cable through door or under things.

I used this for running Starlink through my trailer. It does work well, but I did have some issues with intermittent connectivity at first. The issue was that the shielded connector I was using didn't fit snug on the inside connection point. As such, the little metal tabs which create the shielded connection were not making proper contact all the time. I added a cable holder to the inside compartment which ensures the plug is always making contact with the side of the connector and now it works flawlessly.

I like how solid the unit is. Keep in mind you do need a crimp tool make up the end(s) as you can not use a pre made cable and must crimp an end on to use this unit.

the threaded plastic retaining nut on the exterior housing has shallow threads, and is way too easy to crossthread and strip. also, when the exterior piece is not connected, and the rubber flap is open, i can see straight through the thing. it may by IP67 when it is fully connected, but i cannot recommend this for ANY application where this will spend any time disconnected. do not buy.

This item claims to be waterproof, but it is certainly not. I have installed it perfectly two times and both times there has been water intrusion while connected causing a short in the connector itself. Do not buy this item if you intend to use it where waterproof connection is required.
